My Journey: From Corporate Leadership to Mindful Awareness

For over 20 years, I navigated the fast-paced world of high-level management. Serving as a Regional Director in Retail and Store Director for major specialized retailers, I mastered the art of leadership in high-pressure environments. I know firsthand what stress, responsibility, and the need for constant performance feel like.

Parallel to my professional career, I have been a dedicated athlete for two decades. Whether through strength training (fitness) or on the tennis court, I have cultivated the discipline and focus required to align the body and the mind.

My approach is unique because it bridges the gap between executive reality and spiritual depth. I integrate the Noble Eightfold Path—the heart of Buddhist teaching—into my coaching.
